Chris has been involved in the Management Rights Industry since 2000 when he purchased his first complex in Alexandra Headland. He has since owned and operated Management Rights in Caloundra, Kings Beach and Pelican Waters.
In July 2015 Chris joined the Local Agent Team to share his knowledge and experience of selling property as an Onsite Manager with other Onsite Managers. Team and Relationship building together with the desire to help others to succeed are important to Chris.

In 1992 Stuart started his Caloundra real estate career at Gemini Resort. Stuart and his wife Kylie subsequently bought the management rights in 1995. They sold this business in 2002 and purchased the Raine and Horne Caloundra office in 2003.
Raine and Horne consisted of a Holiday and Permanent managements and a sales business. Stuart created the On-site sales business to assist on-site managers who wanted to sell apartments within their building complex.
In 2009 Raine and Horne was re-branded to Local Agent. After 15 years, Stuart and Kylie sold Local Agent to Eric and Tanya Sealey in 2018.
