Holiday Caloundra also offers owners a raft of additional services for FREE which other holiday letting businesses typically charge for. For example, our owners do not pay or subsidise guests for departure cleaning, the guests pay the lot. We do not charge any of our owners any advertising or marketing fees, we don’t charge owners for social media (Facebook and Instagram) promotions, we do not charge owners the cost of guest amenities packs, nor do we charge owners any costs to organise trades people to service their property.
In addition, we provide our own linen and bed making service. This saves guests money and making your property more attractive to holiday makers. We also provide our own low-cost general maintenance service – so no more expensive call-out fees or costly minor repairs for owners.
