In 1992 Stuart started his Caloundra real estate career at Gemini Resort. They sold this business in 2002 and purchased the Raine and Horne Caloundra office in 2003. Raine and Horne consisted of a holiday and permanent property rental business supported by a small sales team.
Stuart created the On-site sales business to assist the on-site managers who wanted to sell apartments within their building complex.
In 2009 the brand Local Agent was created. Stuart and Kylie sold Local Agent to Eric and Tanya Sealey in 2018 with whom he now works.
Stuart has been in the industry for ~32 years. He enjoys working for a small number of clients selling niche property. Stuart has a number of recognised off market sales.
