Judy has been looking after customers at this office since 2003, a record in anyone’s books. Judy came from a background in on site management and has grown in her role here whereby she manages the Holiday Caloundra department.
Judy takes care of new holiday rental business and management of booking systems to ensure the process is easy and user-friendly for all guests and owners. Along with receiving and managing new listings she also liases with owners, handles online marketing aspects and general enquiries plus completes important administrative roles.
Judy is highly experienced in holiday guest liaison, from sorting out any after hours issues to finding the exact right property for discerning visitors. She has great dispute resolution skills, an incredibly friendly and positive attitude and works tirelessly to ensure all expectations of owners and guests are met.
